This program uses a hybrid model that provides litigants with a simultaneous in-person and virtual option to access a lawyer. The program takes place every Wednesday morning between 9:00 and 12:00 at the Worcester Court Service Centre, 225 Main St., 1st Floor, Worcester, MA 01608. A laptop will be provided on site to offer Zoom sessions to remote participants. Volunteers designed for convenience sign up to appear at one of our weekly sessions for a one-time counselling session and counselling for litigants who control the divorce process. The program will improve access to legal services for low-income litigants in remote environments.
